Once your return is received and inspected, we will inspect the item(s) to ensure they meet the eligibility criteria mentioned above. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Please note that it may take some time for the refund to be processed by your bank or credit card company.
3. Non-Refundable Items: Certain items are not eligible for refunds, including gift cards, downloadable software, and personalized or customized products.
4. Return Shipping: You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
